7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Conscious Branding LLC strongly believes the User will be fully satisfied with the content, toolset and expertise provided through its resource center. Upon completion of a course, if the User is not fully satisfied with the expertise and insight provided, and User can show they have participated fully and have fully applied the actionable knowledge and toolset gained, a full refund may be requested. To receive a refund, the User must have demonstrated good faith and meet the following conditions:
- Actively participated in available interaction forums, including course discussions and live coaching sessions if a required and available resource
- Complete the full course, including all lessons, workbook assignments, viewing of video content and all other required course-specific exercises and assignments
- Complete a one-to-one meeting with the instructor to address concerns and provide insights into why they are not satisfied with the course content and toolset
The request for a full refund must be submitted in writing once all conditions above have been satisfied. Written refund requests must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
8. Limitation of Liability
